Some CURIOSITIES

The wine making process

The grapes were pressed in the upper part of this room. This is where the grapes were deposited and selected and where the press was located. The alcoholic fermentation was also carried out in the upper part of this room, as well as the work of crushing the grape skins.

The must was transferred through pipes to these vats where the malolactic fermentation took place, giving the wine its finesse and smoothness.

Bottling was also carried out in this same plant. These lamps have been made using part of the wine press.
